I care out loud because mental health matters in our Latino community.
This work matters to me because many in our community were taught to be resilient and keep going through difficult times, but I also want people to know that talking, asking for support, and caring for our mental health is part of that strength.

Este trabajo es importante para mí porque a muchos en nuestra comunidad nos enseñaron a ser resilientes y seguir adelante en los momentos difíciles, pero también quiero que sepan que hablar, pedir apoyo y cuidar nuestra salud mental es parte de esa fortaleza.
